Project Cost and Funding Updates

Cost The total project for the Kenton Downtown Capital Improvement Project is estimated at between 16-20 million. Why the range? Phase I Updates

Currently the final design for Phase I is being completed. Phase I includes sewer, water, and above grade infrastructure being completed on both Detroit Street and Main Street extending from the square to the River. The project will go to bid summer 2019 with an estimated fall construction start. As of May 2019, Kenton has had great success at securing funding for the Downtown Capital Improvement Project Phase I with the assistance of OHM Advisors. Read more…
